The store was cute. Had a small but decent selection of anything and everything more natural and healthful. The downfall came at the register. The woman named Olivia who checked me out seemed to be having an off day (which any human is certainly allowed to have). However, to make your customer feel an icy chill from your cold and unpleasant demeanor is....unprofessional. Zero eye contact. Short responses to questions like "where can I put this basket?." ๐ค The thing that really got me though was how she became instantly more friendly to the woman who stepped up into line behind me, while she was still ringing me up. So, your cold and basically rude to an unfamiliar face, but you're warm and friendly to someone else whose a regular in your store? Gross. Seriously honey, I'm not sure what crawled into your heart and died but as a southern girl who operates from a place of genuine warmth and compassion, I can certainly say "Bless your cold little heart." After you behave that way and TOSS a receipt AT a customer, you can certainly expect to be called out.

The original locally owned and operated health food store in the Utica area. Youโre not gonna find a better selection of premium health food items anywhere in upstate New York. Everything you need to feed yourself and those you care about. If you have any dietary restrictions, they got what you want. Traditional dairy and nondairy options. Organic produce. Fresh, frozen, shelf stable, and canned items. Nontoxic sustainable cleaning products. Bulk food dry goods. Grind your own peanut butter, chocolate PB, almond butter, and cashew butter. The cafe prepares excellent food and beverages. Supplements from so many companies. Probiotics for every need. Chocolates and treats all around the checkout. They even have food for your furry friends. Love coming here!

Awesome find! Everything under one roof... Healthy foods, vitamins, and drinks/snacks, bowls, coffee teas, etc.! It's very important that the workers are very knowledgeable about the products they sell at a place like this and sure enough they helped me out nicely, knew exactly what I was looking for and supplied additional information to make a great first impression, and it will bring us back!

This place is great. The โalternativeโ food selection is amazing. They have the biggest gluten free section in the area and the staff are super friendly. I love the bulk section as I need to get my Brazil nut fix and if Iโm feeling like a treat, I get coconut or almond rolled dates. Oh my, sooo good. Please check them out. Also, they have a killer little coffeeshop/deli :)
